Rogers High School Summer Training Program
The Summer program consists of on-ice and off-ice training to improve individual skills while implementing team chemistry.
The program consists of individual skill work, positional work, European edge work, explosive and lateral quickness skating; and small area games designed for skating, hands, compete, scoring, body positioning, body contact, puck protection and hockey sense.
Off-ice training will focus on building their speed, strength and athletic training.
Goalie Specific training will be provided.
It will be a 10-week program.
June 1 - August 7

Off-ice training is in conjunction with The Base Sports Performance and Rogers High School Staff. The Base and Rogers High School Staff will work with the kids to build their speed, strength and athletic training.
