Rogers High School Summer Training Program
The Summer program consists of on-ice and off-ice training to improve individual skills while implementing team chemistry.
The program consists of individual skill work, positional work, European edge work, explosive and lateral quickness skating; and small area games designed for skating, hands, compete, scoring, body positioning, body contact, puck protection and hockey sense.
Off-ice training will focus on building their speed, strength and athletic training.
Goalie Specific training will be provided.

11:30 am - 12:30 pm (HS STP Group 2)

12:40 pm - 1:40 pm (HS STP Group 2)
12:40 pm - 1:40 pm (BROLSMA BLUE)
1:50 pm - 2:50 pm (BROLSMA BLACK)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm (BROLSMA WHITE)
1:50 pm - 2:50 pm (HS STP 5x5 Summer Series)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm (HS STP 5x5 Summer Series)
